Ingredients to make Vegetable Rollers

  • 500gm - Potato
  • 1 - Brown bread
  • 2 - Green chilies
  • 1 Small cup - Coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to make Vegetable Rollers

  1. Take boil potatoes in a bowl. Mash and add green chilies, coriander and salt. Mix properly.
  2. Take a slice of bread and slightly squeeze in a water. Place two tablespoons of the potato mixture on it. Lightly close the side of bread to shape it like a roll and keep a side.
  3. Make all the rolls like this and keep aside. Heat oil in a frying pan and dunk the rolls one by one in hot oil. Deep fry them till golden brown.
  4. Serve with sauce or green chutney.

It can be eaten in breakfast too.
