Ingredients to make Veg tomatoe noodles

  • 3 hakka noodles packet
  • 8 Tomatoe
  • 1 tbsp tomatoe ketchup
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 small onion
  • Fist full Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/3 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

How to make Veg tomatoe noodles

  1. Boil the hakka noodles and keep ready.
  2. Grind the tomatoes to the puree.
  3. In a wok heat oil add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  4. Then add red chilli powder and garam masala mix.
  5. Then add the tomatoe puree and let it cook until saucy.
  6. Then add tomatoe ketchup and salt keep mixing on low flame.
  7. Then add noodles and toss well.
  8. Then chop the coriander in it and serve.
My Tip: You can add Italian herbs for a twist. Add chilli powder as per your spice of masala.
