Veg Tomato Noodles

Ingredients to make Veg Tomato Noodles

  • 3 - Hakka noodles packet
  • 8 - Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp - Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 - Small onion
  • 4 tbsp - Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1/3 tsp - Garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

How to make Veg Tomato Noodles

  1. Boil the hakka noodles and keep ready.
  2. Grind the tomatoes to a puree. In a wok heat oil add ginger garlic paste and saute. Then add red chilli powder and garam masala mix.
  3. Then add the tomato puree and let it cook until saucy. Add tomato ketchup and salt, keep mixing on low flame.
  4. Then add noodles and toss well. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.

My Tip:

You can add Italian herbs for a twist. Add chilli powder as per your spice threshold.
