Masala baigan

Ingredients to make Masala baigan

  • 1.Six medium size brinjal
  • 2.Coconut paste half cup
  • 3.Ginger garlic paste one and half table spoon
  • 4.Haldi one table spoon
  • 5.Chilli powder one and half spoon
  • 6.Salt as per requirement
  • 7.OIl for cooking
  • 8.Few coriander leaves

How to make Masala baigan

  1. Vertically slit all the bringals
  2. Heat a cooker,add oil as per your requirement,
  3. Pour all the bringals,fry well after adding haldi.
  4. Then add coconut paste,fry well,then add ginger garlic paste,chili powder,salt.Mix well all and fry it well.
  5. Add one and half cup water
  6. When water start boiling,close the lid
  7. After one to two whistle,remove cooker from burner.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves
