Paneer Bread Balls

Ingredients to make Paneer Bread Balls

  • Bread slices - 6-8
  • cottage cheese - 100 gm
  • Boiled potatoes - 1 large / 2 small
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder - 1/2tsp
  • Roasted cumin seed powder - 1tsp
  • Garam masala - 1tsp
  • butter - 1tbsp (optional)
  • Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Corriander leaves handful

How to make Paneer Bread Balls

  1. Mash potatoes and cottage cheese, add all spices, chopped coriander leaves and mix. Your filling is ready to use.
  2. Cut edges of bread slices and dip in water then immediately squeeze out excess water, add cheese filling and roll it nicely.
  3. Preheat appe pan, pour few drops of oil/butter in cavities arrange these cheese rolls in it.
  4. Cover it for 2 minutes then flip the rolls when one side is roasted.
  5. Take out the bread balls when done from all sides. Quick oil free cheesy bread balls are ready.
  6. Enjoy healthy bread balls with a cup of tea or coffee.
