Ingredients to make Ragi Idli

  • 1 and ½ cup rice
  • 1 and 1/3rd cup urad daal
  • 1 cup ragi millet
  • 1 tsp methi dana
  • 1/4th cup chana dal
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for greasing Idli Mould

How to make Ragi Idli

  1. Soak everything for 4 hours
  2. Gring to a smooth paste
  3. Let it ferment for 8 hours
  4. Add salt and mix the batter well
  5. Grease Idli mould and steam the idli for 10 minutes
  6. Serve with you Favourite Coconut Chutney
