Ingredients to make Ragi Idli

  • 1½ Cup - rice
  • 11/3 Cup - Urad daal
  • 1 Cup - Ragi millet
  • 1 tsp - methi dana
  • 1/4 Cup - chana dal
  • salt to taste
  • oil for greasing Idli Mould

How to make Ragi Idli

  1. Soak everything for four hours then grind to a smooth paste. Leave it to ferment for eight hours.
