Ingredients to make Chicken kalimirch

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Blackepper powder 3 tsp
  • Curd 2 cups
  • Limejuice 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 6 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Onions 2 ( finely chopped)
  • Green chillies 2
  • Curry leaves 2
  • Green cardamom 6
  • Salt as required
  • Ghee 8 tsp
  • Zeera 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • Almonds 1/2 cup

How to make Chicken kalimirch

  1. Marinade the chicken in 2 tsp limejuice, 1/2 tsp blackpepper powder, 2 tsp curd , 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp garam masala powder in freezer foe half an hour
  2. Boil half of the onions with almonds in water for 10 mins cool it down and make a paste
  3. Fry the marinated chicken pieces in half of the ghee till golden brown , keep aside
  4. Heat the remaining ghee in a kadhayi add curry leaves, green cardamom powder, zeera and garam masala when it gives aroma add remianing chopped onions fry till transparent
  5. Add ginger garlic paste fry till oil seprates , add curd and saute for 5 minutes
  6. Add paste of boiled almonds and onions fry till oil seprates add remaining blackpepper powder, fried chiken and fresh cream cook till chicken become soft Chicken kali mirch is ready to serve Decorate with green chillies and mint leaves
