Ingredients to make Paneer 65

  • cottage cheese / paneer cubes = 12-15
  • all purpose flour / maida - 1/2 Cup
  • cornflour - 3tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste - 1/2tsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder - 1/2tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/4tsp
  • water as needed
  • oil for frying
  • For tadka : oil 1tbsp
  • onion - 1, sliced
  • curry leaves - 5-6
  • curd - 1tbsp
  • Green chilli - 1-2

How to make Paneer 65

  1. First mix maida and cornflour in a bowl.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder to it. Add some water to it and make a thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan. Coat paneer cubes with this batter and deep fry on medium flame.
  4. Now in a pan heat 1tbsp oil, add onions, green chilli and curry leaves to it and saute for few minutes. Add fried paneer cubes to it and mix well. Add curd, little salt and red chilli powder and mix again.
  5. Turn off the gas and serve hot as a starter.
