Channa pulavo

Ingredients to make Channa pulavo

  • Channa dal 100g
  • Rice 200 g
  • Curd 2 tablespoon
  • Garam Masala 1/2 tablespoon
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon
  • Ghee 2 tablespoon
  • Onion 1 sliced
  • Garlic 4 Cloves

How to make Channa pulavo

  1. In a kadai add ghee then add cumin seeds as it splitters add onion and garlic thinly sliced
  2. Fry till golden brown. Then add the paste
  3. For paste mix curd, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt
  4. Add little water and boil till raw smell goes out.
  5. Then add soaked rice and mix it well.
  6. Cook and serve
My Tip: You can add more Spicy also
