Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dahi / Curd 400 grams
  2. Sooji 1/2 cup
  3. Maida 1 cup
  4. Onion 2
  5. Green chilli 2
  6. Coriander leaves (few)
  7. Salt ( according to taste )
  8. Eggs 5
  9. Tomato 1
  10. Azwain 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix curd, sooji and all the ingredients and to form a batter. 2. Heat a nonstick tawa, grease with some oil. 3. Turn the flame to medium & pour ladle full of batter & spread it evenly. 4. It comes off easily on its own and flip over and cook the other side. 5. Serve it hot with chutney.
