Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curd - 1 Cup
  2. Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoon
  3. Strawberry crush - 2 teaspoon
  4. Pomegranate - 2 tablespoon
  5. Black grapes - 1 handful
  6. Apple - 1/2 cut into small pieces
  7. Orange - 2-3 slices chopped
  8. Cashew nuts - 1 teaspoon
  9. Rock salt - 1/4teaspoon

Instructions

  1. First whisk the curd till smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add powdered sugar, rock salt and strawberry crush and mix it well. Add chopped fruits and mix well.
  3. Keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Garnish with cashew nuts and serve.
