Sweet And Spicy Pan Grilled Paneer

Ingredients to make Sweet And Spicy Pan Grilled Paneer

  • Paneer - 250 gm
  • Sriracha sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Honey - 2 tbsp
  • Lime juice - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame seeds to garnish

How to make Sweet And Spicy Pan Grilled Paneer

  1. Cut the paneer into large cubes. In a bowl mix sriracha, honey, lime juice, salt, garlic, coriander. Marinate the paneer into this for 10 min.
  2. Heat a flat pan or griddle, brush oil on the pan, put the marinated paneer pieces into skewers and cook over high heat for 2 min on each sides.
  3. Serve immediately, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

My Tip:

Sriracha is a chili sauce, if you don't get that use any other hot sauce of red chili paste.
