Ingredients to make Sweet and spicy pan grilled paneer

  • Paneer 250 gm
  • Sriracha sauce: 3 tbsp
  • Honey: 2 tbsp
  • Lime juice: 1 tbsp
  • Garlic (minced): 2 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander (finely chopped): 2 tbsp
  • Extra virgin olive oil: 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame seeds to garnish

How to make Sweet and spicy pan grilled paneer

  1. Cut the paneer into large cubes.
  2. In a bowl mix sriracha, honey, lime juice, salt, garlic, coriander. Marinate the paneer into this for 10 min.
  3. Heat a flat pan or griddle, brush oil on the pan, put the marinated paneer pieces into skewers and cook over high heat for 2 min on each sides.
  4. Serve immediately, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
My Tip: Sriracha is a chili sauce, if you don't get that use any other hot sauce of red chili paste.
