ABOUT Sweet And Spicy Pan Grilled Paneer RECIPE

Paneer cubes marinated in sweet and spicy marinade then grilled.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer - 250 gm
  2. Sriracha sauce - 3 tbsp
  3. Honey - 2 tbsp
  4. Lime juice - 1 tbsp
  5. Garlic (minced) - 2 tbsp
  6. Fresh coriander (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
  7. Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Sesame seeds to garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the paneer into large cubes. In a bowl mix sriracha, honey, lime juice, salt, garlic, coriander. Marinate the paneer into this for 10 min.
  2. Heat a flat pan or griddle, brush oil on the pan, put the marinated paneer pieces into skewers and cook over high heat for 2 min on each sides.
  3. Serve immediately, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Made the recipe in paneer and also chicken. Grilled it in panini.....yumilious.

Added tomato ketchup and chilli flaked instead of sriracha sauce. Very tasty dish! Thanks a lot :)
