Ingredients to make Sabudana lapta

  • Sabudanas 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Ghee or butter 1 tsp
  • Roasted Zeera powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Sabudana lapta

  1. Soak sabudanas in water for 10 mins or more
  2. Heat ghee in a pan add sabudanas, 2 cups water and pinch of salt cook till sabudanas become transparent and dissolved.
