Ingredients to make Sabudana Lapta

  • Sabudanas - 1 Cup
  • Salt as required
  • Ghee or butter - 1 tsp
  • Roasted zeera powder - 1/2 tsp

How to make Sabudana Lapta

  1. Soak sabudanas in water for ten minutes.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan add sabudanas, 2 cups water and pinch of salt cook till sabudanas become transparent and dissolved.
  3. Sabudana lapta is ready to serve.
