Heart Shaped Mini Omelettes

Ingredients to make Heart Shaped Mini Omelettes

  • 4 - Eggs
  • 1 - Small onion finely chopped
  • 1 - Small tomato (deseeded) chopped
  • 2 - Green chilies
  • 1 tbs - Chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt - To taste
  • Pepper - To taste
  • Oil - 1 tsp

How to make Heart Shaped Mini Omelettes

  1. Break 4 eggs & add chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, coriander leaves. Add salt & pepper as per taste. Mix properly.
  2. Grease a non stick pan with very little oil. Let it heat & then add 1/4 of the eggs mixture & fry it. When 1 side of the omelette is done, start to roll it .
  3. Put the next 1/4 mixture, so that it goes inside the first made omelette fry & keep doing the same for 2 more times. Once cooked it will become a big fat omelette.
  4. Let it cool for 5 min & then start cutting, leaving a gap of 1/2 inch in between.
  5. Just cut the pieces diagonally & turn it upside down. You'll get the perfect heart shaped omelette. Serve with Tomato ketchup.
