Ingredients to make Eggless Brookies

  • All purpose flour - 1/2 Cup
  • Hershey's cocoa powder - 1/4 Cup
  • Baking powder -1/4 tsp
  • Baking soda -1/2 tsp
  • Castor sugar -1/2 Cup
  • Unsalted butter - 1/4 Cup
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • Milk - 2-3 tbs
  • Choco-chips - 1/2 Cup

How to make Eggless Brookies

  1. Preheat oven at 170 d line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl sift flour, cocoa powder then mix salt and sugar, combine well.
  3. Add butter and vanilla essence and then add 2 tbs milk for binding the dough, if required add more milk. Add the chocolate chips now and mix well.
  4. Make a smooth dough and chill it for 10-15 minutes in the fridge.
  5. Make balls from the chilled dough and place on parchment paper at least 2 " apart from each other because while baking cookies will expand.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, only don't over bake it. Cool on cooling rack for 10 minutes.
  7. Enjoy these eggless brookies with tea, milk or coffee.
My Tip: Vegans please use soy milk or almond milk.
