Ingredients to make Eggless Brookies

  • All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
  • Hershey's cocoa powder -1/4 cup
  • Baking powder -1/4 tsp
  • Baking soda -1/2 tsp
  • Castor sugar -1/2 cup
  • Unsalted butter -1/4 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence- 1tsp
  • Milk -2-3 tblsp
  • Chocochips -1/2cup

How to make Eggless Brookies

  1. Preheat oven at 170 d line abaking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl sift flour cocoa powder mix salt and sugar combine well
  3. Add butter and vanilla essence
  4. Add 2Tblsp milk fir binding the dough if required add more milk
  5. Add chocochips mix it well
  6. Make a smooth dough
  7. Chill the dough fir 10-15 minutes in fridge
  8. Make ball shape place on parchment paper at least 2 " apart from each other while baking cookies may expand
  9. Bake for 10 minutes only don't over bake it
  10. Cool on cooling rack for 10 minutes
  11. Enjoy these eggless brookies with tea ,milk or coffee
  12. Combination of brownie and cookies lov the texture crispy like cookies soft and fudgy from inside like Brownie
My Tip: For vegan use soy milk or almond milk
