Fried rice

Ingredients to make Fried rice

  • Boiled rice 2 cups
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Gresn chilli 2 slited
  • salt as per taste
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Green bell pepper chopped 1 big
  • Carrot chopped 2
  • Onion chopped 1 big
  • Green onion leaves chopped 2
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Tomato chopped if u want 1

How to make Fried rice

  1. Heat oil in a kadahi .
  2. Add chopped onion,sites chilli and saute 2 mnts on high flame.
  3. Add all veggies .And saute on high flame.
  4. Add chopped tomato.
  5. Fry for 1 mnts.
  6. Add boiled rice .Stir.
  7. Add black pepper,salt,soya sauce and vinegar.
  8. Mix well and fry for 5 mnts on high flame.
  9. Serve with schezwan sauce.
My Tip: Here i add only green bell pepper but u can add any clr of bell pepper.
