Ingredients to make Lauki rabri

  • Lauki or bottleguard_ 1 cup
  • Milk _1/2ltr
  • Elachi powder _1pinch
  • Sugar _1/2cup(can add more or less)
  • Almond_ 8_10(chopped)

How to make Lauki rabri

  1. 1. Cut lauki in small pieces and boil in pressure cooker (2_3 whistle)
  2. 2.Boil milk
  3. 2. grind lauki in a smooth paste
  4. 4. Add lauki paste into the milk
  5. 5. Add sugar
  6. 6. Add elachi powder
  7. 7. Boil for 7_8min on medium heat
  8. 8. Add chopped almond stir well
  9. 9. Serve hot or cold as you like
