Ingredients to make Quesadilla

  • Chopped mixed vegetables (onions,capsicum, red and yellow bell peppers, cabbage) - 1 Cup
  • Paneer, cut in cubes - 1/4 Cup
  • Boiled corn and green peas - 1/4 Cup
  • Boiled potatoes, cut in cubes - 1/4 Cup
  • Ketchup - to taste
  • Grated cheese - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • oregano and chilly flakes - to taste
  • butter - 2-3 tbsp
  • Green chili +ginger +garlic paste - 1-2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 11/2 tsp
  • For dough : Maida and wheat flour - 50:50 1 Cup each

How to make Quesadilla

  1. Heat a deep pan and add butter.
  2. Suate onions, add ginger chilli paste and the mixed veggies.
  3. Stir and add a little red chili powder. Add potatoes, green peas, corn and paneer.
  4. Add ketchup, salt, oregano and chilli flakes.
  5. Stir and turn off the gas. Let it cool to room temperature. Add cheese.
  6. To make Quesadilla --Roll small chapati put stuffing on that. Cover with another chapati and seal the edges with a fork. Shallow fry BY applying butter on both the sides.
  7. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Add veggies of your choice.
