Ingredients to make Quesadilla

  • Chopped veges Chopped veges (onions
  • capsicum
  • red yellow bell peppers
  • cabbage)
  • paneer cut in cubes
  • boiled corn and green peas
  • boil potatoes and cut in cubes
  • ketchup
  • Grated cheese
  • salt to taste chilly flakes
  • oregano green chili +ginger +garlic paste
  • butter
  • --for dough Maidawheat flour 50:50each 1cup
  • Salt
  • oil 112 tsp
  • water to knead

How to make Quesadilla

  1. -in a deep pan add butter
  2. suate onions
  3. add ginger chiily paste
  4. add cabbage
  5. bell pepper
  6. capsicum
  7. add little red chili powder
  8. add potatoes
  9. green peas and corn add paneer
  10. ketchup
  11. chilly flakes
  12. oregano
  13. salt
  14. let it cool for some time
  15. add cheese
  16. 1st way---Now roll small chappati put stuffing on that
  17. cover with another chappati seal sides
  18. with help of fork
  19. and shallow fry with applying butter on both the sides
My Tip: Add veges of your choice,only wheat flour can be used
