Ingredients to make Breaded Mustard Fish Fillets

  • Fish Fillets - 6
  • English mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • Green chili paste - 2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Coriander
  • Curd - 2 teaspoon
  • Egg - 2
  • Bread crumb - 1 Cup

How to make Breaded Mustard Fish Fillets

  1. Marinate fish with mustard paste, green chili paste, chopped coriander, curd and salt. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Coat the fish with flour.
  3. Beat the eggs with little bit salt. Dip the fish fillets in the egg mixture. Then again coat with flour and then coat with bread crumb.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, fry them on low flame until golden brown and then turn over and cook until golden brown.
  5. Serve with tartar sauce.
