Instant Rabdi

Ingredients to make Instant Rabdi

  • Non-Fat Dry milk powder 1 cup
  • Heavy Whipping cream 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar 1 cup
  • Unsalted butter 1 stick
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Assorted Dry fruits (Almonds Cashews & pistachios) 1/4cup
  • Few saffron strands (soaked ) 5-10
  • A few saffron strands for Garnish
  • almonds for garnish
  • pistachios for garnish

How to make Instant Rabdi

  1. Take a big bowl add dry milk powder, powdered sugar, mix well. Cut butter in pieces, add whipping cream stir & mix well.
  2. Now take a heavy bottomed pan, add all ingredients & soaked saffron. Cook mixture on low to medium heat. Keep folding mixture from side too.
  3. Keep stirring to prevent burning from the bottom for around 10 minutes of cooking. Mixture will become thick, nice & creamy.
  4. Add chopped nuts, green cardamom powder. Turn off the heat. Garnish & Serve chilled.

My Tip:

Add more heavy whipping cream if you prefer thin consistency.
