- Baby spinach - 1 small bundle
- Salt - as per taste or 1tsp
- Pepper - as per taste or 1 tsp
- Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Cottage cheese - 1 Cup
- Vinegar - 1/2 tsp

- Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp

My Tip:When saute Paneer ,use a nonstick Pan to avoid burning or it will not stick to the pan . If dint have nonstick pan then only brush it with little olive oil to saute Paneer .
