Spinach Salad

Ingredients to make Spinach Salad

  • Baby spinach - 1 small bundle
  • salt - as per taste or 1tsp
  • pepper - as per taste or 1 tsp
  • chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  • cottage cheese - 1 Cup
  • vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  • honey - 1 tsp
  • sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Ice water - 1 bowl
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Rosemary or any herb - 1 tsp

How to make Spinach Salad

  1. Clean and wash spinach and blanch in hot water only for a second and again dip in cold water for keep the crunch same.
  2. Now cut the Paneer pieces and saute with little salt and turn it light brown, keep aside and cool down for a minute.
  3. Now take a bowl, add spinach, paneer pieces, salt, pepper, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, sugar, chilli flakes, sesame seeds. Mix gently and serve.

My Tip:

When saute Paneer ,use a nonstick Pan to avoid burning or it will not stick to the pan . If dint have nonstick pan then only brush it with little olive oil to saute Paneer .
