Ingredients to make Schzewan noodles

  • Carrots 2 sliced
  • Bell peppers red yellow n green sliced
  • Baby corn 5 to 6 sliced
  • Mushrooms 1 pck sliced
  • Celery 1 bunch sliced( only stems)
  • Garlic 10 to 15 sliced
  • Schzwan chutney 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 cap( of the bottle)
  • Vinegar 1 cap
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Salt acc to taste
  • Pepper accordingly
  • Noodles 1 pck

How to make Schzewan noodles

  1. Boil noodles and set aside
  2. Stir fry all the veggies saperately
  3. STIR FRY PROCEDURE: ( take little oil add garlic wen it turns golden add bell peppers add salt and pepper and cover for 1 .min)
  4. Stirfry carrots and corn togther
  5. Last stir fry mushrooms
  6. Take the same pan add little oil and add garlic add celery and schzwan sauce let it fry
  7. Add soy sauce and vinegar n little sugar
  8. Add noodles and mix well
  9. Serve hot
My Tip: Can add paneer/ chicken as well.celery is the star here
