ABOUT Veg Omelet RECIPE

Veg omelet is yummy dish made from raw potato.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One - Large size potato
  2. 1/2 Cup - Mix veg, chopped ( simla mirch, tomato, onion, boiled corn)
  3. Salt - to taste
  4. 1/2 tbs - Oregano
  5. 1/2 tbsp - Chilli flakes
  6. 1/2 tbsp - Black pepper powder
  7. 1/2 Cup - Grated cheese
  8. 1 tbsp - Oil

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate potato, put it in a bowl of water.
  2. Heat tava and put some oil on it.
  3. Drain extra water from grated potato with the help of hands then spread grated potato on tawa like a roti with the help of figure tips. Sprinkle salt over it.
  4. Let it cook till potato turns golden and Crisp from both sides.
  5. Sprinkle black peeper, salt, oregano, and chilli flakes. Now put chopped veggies and grated cheese on half side of omelette.
  6. Fold the omelet to make a pocket full of delicious veggies.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup.
