Ingredients to make suji's bhature

  • Suji 1 cup
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • ajwain 1/4 teaspoon
  • water 1/4 cup
  • Curd 1/4 cup

How to make suji's bhature

  1. Take sooji add salt and ajwain till it become soft dough
  2. Keep it side for 10 minutes or for more time
  3. Make balls and make in shape of bhature,fry it in hot oil
My Tip: While making bathuras roll again the batter and if found hard then add little water to it Always fry bhaturas in hot oil .Always use fine semolina If the semolina is thick then you can grind it in the grinder
