Ingredients to make Suji bhature

  • Suji - 1 Cup
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ajwain - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Water - 1/4 Cup
  • Curd - 1/4 Cup

How to make Suji bhature

  1. Take sooji add salt and ajwain and kneed till it becomes like a soft dough. Keep aside for ten minutes.
  2. Make balls and in shape of bhature, fry it in hot oil.

My Tip:

While making bathuras roll again the batter and if found hard then add little water to it Always fry bhaturas in hot oil .Always use fine semolina If the semolina is thick then you can grind it in the grinder
