Crispy Masala Peanuts

Ingredients to make Crispy Masala Peanuts

  • 1 Cup - peanuts
  • 2 tbsp - gram flour
  • 1 tbsp - Rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 2 pinch - Chat masala
  • 1/4 Cup - water
  • 2 pinch - Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry

How to make Crispy Masala Peanuts

  1. First we need to take a big bowl, mix all ingredients together using a little water. Remember to add less water and make sure the spices and flour stick to the peanuts uniformly.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadai or frying pan. Turn the heat to medium. Fry the peanuts until they turn golden brown.
  3. When they are done, take them out from the oil and place them on a absorbent paper.
  4. At this time these are not much crispy but after cooling to room temperature, the peanuts should be crispy.
  5. Now Crispy Masala Peanuts are ready, sprinkle some chat masala and serve with hot tea.

My Tip:

1.You can add more spices according to your taste. 2. Fry them on low heat.
