Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour - 1 Cup
  2. Left over masala dal - 1/2 Cup
  3. Pudina leaves, chopped - 1/4 Cup
  4. Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt as per taste because the salt is in dal.
  6. Green Chilli chopped - 1
  7. Oil for moin - 1 tsp
  8. Coriander leaves, chopped - 1 tbs

Instructions

  1. Take all ingredients.in a bowl and mix well with hand.
  2. Add water and make a smooth dough. Make small walnut size balls.
  3. Roll it to make a chapati and apply ghee. Sprinkle garlic powder. Rol it to make lachcha paratha.
  4. shallow fry on griddle by applying oil from both sides.
  5. Serve hot with butter.
