Ingredients to make Pudina Garlic Lachha Paratha

  • Wheat flour - 1 Cup
  • Left over masala dal - 1/2 Cup
  • Pudina leaves, chopped - 1/4 Cup
  • Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste because the salt is in dal.
  • Green Chilli chopped - 1
  • Oil for moin - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves, chopped - 1 tbs

How to make Pudina Garlic Lachha Paratha

  1. Take all ingredients.in a bowl and mix well with hand.
  2. Add water and make a smooth dough. Make small walnut size balls.
  3. Roll it to make a chapati and apply ghee. Sprinkle garlic powder. Rol it to make lachcha paratha.
  4. shallow fry on griddle by applying oil from both sides.
  5. Serve hot with butter.
