Fruit Curd Rice

Ingredients to make Fruit Curd Rice

  • Boiled rice - 1 bowl
  • Thick curd - 1 Cup
  • Chopped green & black grapes - 1/4 Cup
  • pomegranate - 1/4 Cup
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Chopped green chilli - 2, small
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped mint - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 2 tsp
  • Rai - 1/4 tsp
  • jeera - 1/4 tsp
  • Dry red chilli - 3 to 4

How to make Fruit Curd Rice

  1. Add boiled rice and curd in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, sugar, chopped fruits and mix.
  3. Then add chopped green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves and mix all ingredients properly.
  4. Tempering : Heat oil in a tadka pan, add some oil, rai, cumin seeds and dry red chilli.
  5. When tadka is ready add in the mix curd fruit rice.
  6. Mix and serve it immediately.

My Tip:

If you don't like to add fruits then skip it. Add your choice of fruits.
