About Ginger Pepper Chicken Recipe

A very tasty dish, can be made anytime, for any special ocassion like dinner parties or in festivals to treat your special ones. It can be taken as a starter, side dishor as a main accomapniment. Juicy and tempting look says it all :)

Ginger Pepper Chicken

Ingredients to make Ginger Pepper Chicken

  • 4 chicken legs pieces
  • 2 Tbsp small cut ginger
  • 2 Tsp crushed black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp small cut onion
  • 1 Tbsp small cut green chilly
  • 2 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 pinch red colour
  • salt to taste

How to make Ginger Pepper Chicken

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Put the chicken pieces in it.
  2. Add ginger, black pepper, vinegar, salt and toss them well. Keep it covered for 5 minutes or till the chicken pieces get softened and juicy.
  3. Remove the lid. Add onion, green chilly and salt to it.
  4. Fry till all the ingredients and chicken pieces turns little brown.
  5. Mix red colour in 2 spoons of water, add this colour mixture to the preparation.
  6. Mix them thoroughly till it looks evenly rich and delicious.
  7. Garnish with celery or coriander leaves, onion rings and green chilly!

My Tip:

Always use fresh crushed pepper for maximum flavour.
