ABOUT Fruits Poha Pudding RECIPE

Easy to make, tasty, healthy pudding with flattened rice flakes.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soaked thick poha - 1 Cup
  2. Honey - 3 tbsp
  3. Salt - 1 pinch
  4. Thick curd - 1 Cup
  5. Boiled milk - 1/2 Cup
  6. Chopped orange - 2 tbsp
  7. Chopped green grapes - 2 tbsp
  8. Chopped mango - 2 tbsp
  9. Pomegranate pearls - 2 tbsp
  10. Raisins - 10-12
  11. Cashew nut - 10--12
  12. Almonds - 10-12

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl add soaked poha, curd, milk, honey, salt and mix gently.
  2. Chop all dry fruits, add half the quantity in the poha curd mixture,
  3. Now take a serving bowl / glass arrange the puddings step by step,
  4. First pour some poha mixture then second layer add chopped fruits one by one layer. Then pour some poha mixture then chopped fruits , like this u may arrange layer one by one,
  5. At last sprinkle some chopped dry fruits and garnish. Serve immediately.
