Ingredients to make Eggless Wheat Flour Chocolate Cookies

  • Wheat flour - 1 1/2 Cups (take out 1/8 cup flour from it and add coco powder instead)
  • Coco powder - 1/8 Cup
  • Butter - 1/2 Cup
  • Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1/4 Cup
  • Vanilla essence - 4-5 drops (optional)

How to make Eggless Wheat Flour Chocolate Cookies

  1. Take wheat flour in a bowl, mix baking powder, baking soda and coco powder, keep aside.
  2. In another bowl take butter (room temperature) add powdered sugar to it and beat for one minute.
  3. Mix wheat flour in butter and sugar mixture. Add milk, it will be runny batter, put it in a piping bag with star nozzle and give shape to the cookies.
  4. Preheat oven on 170 degree and bake for 10-12 minutes. Take out on the wire rack once done and store in airtight box once the cookies cool completely.

My Tip:

If you want a cookie dough (not a runny batter) then decrease the quantity of milk and give desired shape to cookies.
