  • 1 - Ripe Mango, pureed
  • 4 tbsp - Greek yogurt
  • 6 - Cape Gooseberry (Fresh fruit)
  • 10 - Raisins
  • 6 - Almonds, grated
  • 10 - Organic dried Mulberries
  • 2 tsp - Honey
