Kacchi dabeli

Ingredients to make Kacchi dabeli

  • 4 Round bun
  • 2 tbsp - amul butter
  • 2 medium szeize- onion(finely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 or 2 tbsp- dabeli masala(which is easily available in market)
  • 2 tbsp- oil
  • 2 large size of potatoes
  • 1 cup- sweet dates and tamarind chutney
  • 1 cup- coriander chutney
  • 1 cup- masala sing(spicy peanuts)
  • 1 cup- nylon sev
  • 1 cup- fresh coriander
  • 2 tbsp- pomogranate pearls

How to make Kacchi dabeli

  1. Heat oil in nonstic pan add cup of sweet dates and tamarind chutney, dabeli masala and mixed it well and then add mashed potatoes pinch of salt and water mix well and well.mix and cooked untill the moisture is observed in dabeli mixture.
  2. Transfer dabeli mixture in plate and spread it properly. Sprinkle masala sing, pomogranate pearls and coriander leves on the tops.
  3. Apply green chutney on one slice of bun and dates chutney on the other side. and add a layer of stuffing and than add some chopped onion, masala peanuts.and cover with the other slice of bread.
  4. Placed two stuff pav on hot tava and press slightly and tost on both siďe with the little butter till its done.Served hot dabeli with nylon sev garnished with green chutney, ketchup and masala sing.
  5. So dabeli is ready to serve.
My Tip: Insted of green coriander chutney you can also use red garlic chutney.
