Ingredients to make shahi malpua

  • cottage cheese /paneer 1cup
  • Milk 1cup
  • maida /all purpose flour 2tsp
  • Cornflour 2tsp
  • Sugar 1cup
  • Water 1/2cup
  • cardmom 2
  • Oil for frying

How to make shahi malpua

  1. Take paneer and milk in a mixer jar
  2. Make a smooth paste of it
  3. Add all purpose flour and cornflour in it Mix well and make a batter without lumps
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan pour ready batter with the help of spoon And make malpua
  5. Meanwhile take sugar water and cordmom powder in another pan cook it till one string syrup
  6. Fry Malpua till crisp and golden brown
  7. After frying malpua soak it in sugar syrup for few minuts
  8. For serving sprinkle chopped almonds over malpua and serve
