Ingredients to make Beagn bhaja

  • 1big black large brinjal
  • Two tb rice flour
  • Salt + haldi+ water fir soak Brinjal
  • Dry masala( one tb red chilli Powder,half tb salt,1/4 tb haldi powder,1/2 tb corinadar Powder,one lemon's juice) mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and keep aside
  • One Lemon
  • Oil for frying

How to make Beagn bhaja

  1. Cut brinjal in round slices
  2. Soak in haldi, salt and water mixer for two minutes
  3. Then put brinjal slices on a tissue and dry the slices
  4. Then roll on brinjal slices in ready dry masala
  5. Now dust in rice flour
  6. Heat oil in pan
  7. Now deep-fry slices of brinjal till turn into Crispy
  8. Serve hot with sauce or as a side dish
  9. Enjoy
