  • Maida 2 cup
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • grated red,yellow,green bell pepper1 cup
  • Cabbage grated 1/2 cup
  • Carrot grated 1
  • onion grated 1
  • Garlic grated 6 buds
  • Oil 1 tbsp for fry veggies
  • black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

How to make Momos with schezwan chutney

  1. Heat oil in a kadahi .
  2. Add onion fry and add garlic .
  3. Fry and add grated veggies.
  4. Cook until moister is absorb on high heat.
  5. Add salt black pepper red chilli powder.mix
  6. Turn off gas
  7. Keep aside veggies .
  8. Take maida 1tsp oil and warm water .
  9. Make a dough.
  10. Roll as puri
  11. Stuff veggies.
  12. Assemble the edges of puries.
  13. Steam in a idli stand .
  14. Serve with schezwan chutney.
