Momos With Schezwan Chutney

Ingredients to make Momos With Schezwan Chutney

  • Maida - 2 Cup
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Grated red, yellow, green bell pepper- 1 Cup
  • Cabbage, grated - 1/2 Cup
  • Carrot, grated - 1
  • Onion, grated - 1
  • Garlic, grated - 6 buds
  • Oil - 1 tbsp for stir frying veggies
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp

How to make Momos With Schezwan Chutney

  1. Heat oil in a kadahi. Add onion and saute then add garlic. Saute a little and add the veggies.
  2. Cook them on high flame till all the moisture evaporates. Add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder and mix. Turn off the gas and keep aside.
  3. Make dough with maida, 1tsp oil and warm water.
  4. Take a small ball of dough and roll it like a puri.
  5. Place the veggies on one side, fold and cover with another. Seal the edges.
  6. Steam these momos in a idli maker.
  7. Serve with schezwan chutney.
