Ingredients to make Pan Seared Chicken Breast

  • Chicken - 300 gms breast or boneless chicken  
  • Pepper powder - 2  tsp 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Oregano - 1-2 tsp
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp 
  • Coriander leaves chopped for garnish

How to make Pan Seared Chicken Breast

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat about 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan. In medium heat now place the chicken without sticking to each other.
  3. Cook for 7-8 mins each on both sides of the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the Oregano in the midway of the cooking before taking off the heat.
