Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 Cup - Ragi
  2. 1/2 Cup - Rice powder
  3. 1/2 Cup - Besan
  4. 1 - Big onion, chopped
  5. 1-2 - Green chili chopped
  6. 2 tsp - Coriander leaves, chopped
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tsp - Baking powder
  9. Water as required
  10. Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Mix the ragi flour, rice flour, besan, salt and baking powder.
  2. Add water little by little tp get a smooth consistency. Add chopped onions, green chili and coriander leaves.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add a ladder full of batter. Cook on both sides.
  4. Pancakes are ready to be served with any chutney or simple ketchup.
