Ingredients to make Makhmali kabab

  • A.For outer covering
  • 1 cup boiled n mashed cheakpeas
  • 1 cup boiled n greated potao
  • 1 tablespoons bread crums
  • 2 spoon cornflour
  • Handfull green Coriander finely chopped
  • 2 green chillis finely chopped
  • 1 tspn greated ginger
  • 1/4 tspn Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tspn Maggie magic masala
  • 1/4 tspn chat masala
  • Salt (according to taste)
  • B.For stuffing
  • 2 tablespoons hung curd
  • 1 tablespoons greated cottage cheese
  • Salt acoording to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

How to make Makhmali kabab

  1. Mix all the ingredients mentioned above of outer covering n make a dough
  2. Take a bowl and put hung curd , cottage cheese n salt then mix it well
  3. Drop some oil in your palm then take a small porshion of dhough of outer covering n flat it then put some stuffing on it n roll it in a kabab shape
  4. Make all the kabab with same way
  5. Heat oil in a pan n fry kabab very gently till then golden brown in color
  6. Serve it with mint yogurt dip
My Tip: You can shellow fry it's become more healthy
