ABOUT Cheese Veg Sandwich RECIPE

A twenty minute recipe for a tasty and healthy sandwich.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. White bread - 8 Slices
  2. Grated carrot - 1/2 Cup
  3. Grated cucumber - 1/2 Cup
  4. Grated onion - 1/2 Cup
  5. Oregano - 1 tsp
  6. Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  7. Tarter sauce - 2 tbsp
  8. Cheese spread - 2 tbsp
  9. salt - 1/4 tsp
  10. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut edges of bread.
  2. Mix all the veggies, sauce, and cheese.
  3. Add black pepper powder and salt, chilli flakes and oregano.
  4. Spread this mixture on one slice of bread and cover it with the other slice.
  5. Gently press it and repeat this process with the other pieces.
  6. Cut in triangles and serve with ketchup.
