ABOUT Paneer Vaat e RECIPE

A no cook recipe, without onion garlic, made with the heat of cooked rice which makes the paneer super tender as well as succulent with spices.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm - Paneer cubes
  2. 2 - Green chilli
  3. Mustard oil - 4 tbsn
  4. For the paste : 1 tsp - Poppy seeds
  5. 2 tsp - Mustard seeds
  6. Coconut milk - 2 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  9. Green chilli - 5

Instructions

  1. Make the paste with the ingredients listed under ' paste'. Take it out in a bowl. Add mustard oil and paneer cubes in it . Spoon it in steel lunch box and add slit green chilies on top.
  2. Make a well in the just cooked rice pot, place the lunch box inside it and cover it with the hot rice, close the lid and wait for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and serve the paneer vaat e with the steamed rice.
