Chakli/Murukku

Ingredients to make Chakli/Murukku

  • Rice Flour – 3 Cups
  • Curd – 1.5 cups
  • Cream (Malai) – 1.5 cups
  • Salt to Taste
  • Red Chilly power to taste
  • White Sesame seeds – 2 tsp

How to make Chakli/Murukku

  1. Make soft dough using all the above ingredients. Make rolls of the dough and put it in snacks instrument to make the chaklis.
  2. Preheat the air fryer and fry the chakli in air fryer at 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Let it cool and store in a cool, dry place.
My Tip: You may add black sesame seeds as well.
