Ingredients to make Sweet Pumpkin Idli

  • 2 cups - Rawa or Idli Rawa
  • 2 cups - Grated pumpkin
  • 1 cup - Grated fresh coconut
  • 1 tsp - Pepper powder and cardamom powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Cup - Powdered jaggery

How to make Sweet Pumpkin Idli

  1. Mix everything together and make small balls.
  2. Steam in turmeric leaves or banana leaves.
  3. Our Sweet Pumpkin Kadubu is ready.
  4. If pumpkin and grated coconut are fresh, you will not need extra water. Else, sprinkle few drops of water and then steam for 20 minutes.
  5. While serving, crumble the balls and serve with some chopped dry fruits.
