  • Potatoes, cubed and boiled in salt water till 50% done - 5-6
  • Hung curd - 1/2 Cup
  • Ginger paste -1/2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chili powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Thyme - 1 tsp
  • Cajun Spice - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Lemon + Oil + Water for greesing
