Ingredients to make Moongdal Doklas
- One cup yellow moongdal , washed and soaked for an hour.
- Four green chilies
- Salt to taste
- One fruit salt-1packet
- Mustard seeds-1/2tsp
- Grated coconut, sesame seeds, sev are all optional
- Besan flour-1tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste-1tsp ( optional)
- Water- around 1/2cup
- Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
- Finely chopped coriander leaves-1tbdp.
