Ingredients to make Raw Banana Chips

  • Raw banana - 8
  • turmeric powder = 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • Oil ( coconut or refined) for frying
  • chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala - 1 tsp

How to make Raw Banana Chips

  1. Fill water in an utensil add turmeric powder and salt in it. The water should be enough to soak the chips completely.
  2. Wash, peel and cut banana into thin discs and put them in the salt turmeric water for five minutes. Take them out, put them on a muslin cloth and dry them completely.
  3. In hot oil fry them till brown on both sides.
  4. Kurkure chips are ready. Sprinkle chat masala, salt and red chilli powder over it.

My Tip:

Keep them in air tight container for future use.
