Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hung yogurt or Greek yogurt - 200 g
  2. 1.5 tbsp - China grass or gelatin
  3. Water - 1/4 cup
  4. Sugar - 4 tbsp
  5. Diced mangoes - 1/2 Cup
  6. Fresh cream - 200 gm
  7. Mango pulp - 1 Cup

Instructions

  1. Add china grass in warm water to dissolve.
  2. Heat cream and sugar together. Whisk lightly.
  3. When the cream comes to a boil, remove from fire and add softened gelatin or china grass
  4. Stir well till all the china grass is dissolved.
  5. Beat together the thick hung yogurt and mango pulp.
  6. Beat together the thick hung yogurt and mango pulp, keeping aside 2 tablespoons of mango pulp for decoration.
  7. Add the cream and china grass mixture to the above mango mixture and stir well. You can garnish the top with slivered pistachios.
  8. Pour into a glass dish, cover with a cling wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  9. Garnish with mango cubes and serve chilled.
