Ingredients to make Sweet ladoo

  • 1/4 cup besan flour
  • 1/2cup of ghee
  • 1teaspoon of elachi powder
  • 1/2cup of icing sugar
  • 1teaspoon fried cashew ,elachi grains.

How to make Sweet ladoo

  1. Take a bowel mix besan flour in medium loose by mixing with water.
  2. Next put a pan ,heat ghee and add loose batter of besan flour like bond shape
  3. Next allow it cool for some time and crush it like rava powder in mixey .
  4. Now add sugar powder and little ghee ,Elachipowder And make ladoo shape.finally garnish with cashew and elachi and elachi grains on top of the ladoo.
  5. Yummy ladoo is ready to serve.
My Tip: Use pure ghee.
