Mango Mint Lassi

Ingredients to make Mango Mint Lassi

  • 1 Cup - Dahi or yogurt
  • 4 spoons - Sugar or as needed
  • 1/4 tsp - Elaichi powder
  • 1/2 Cup - Milk
  • 1 - Mango, washed, peeled, chopped into chunks
  • 1 - Mango, pureed
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves to garnish

How to make Mango Mint Lassi

  1. Put mango, yogurt, milk, sugar and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
  2. If you want a more milkshake like consistency then blend in some ice or serve over ice cubes.
  3. Sprinkle with a pinch of ground cardamom to serve.
