Ingredients to make Tricolor couscous Salad

  • Couscous 3/4 cup
  • apple juice 1 cup
  • Veg stock 1/4 cup (optional)
  • Carrot 1 grated
  • Capsicum 1/2 diced
  • Salt to taste
  • Apple Cider 1 tbsp
  • Few drops of orange and green colour
  • Hung curd 3 tbsp
  • Blueberries 3 tbsp halved
  • Stir fried chicken 1/2 cup.

How to make Tricolor couscous Salad

  1. Boil stock, mix with apple juice, apple cider and salt. Add couscous in it and let it stay for 15 minutes.
  2. Divide the mixture in 3 parts to one part add grated carrots and orange colour. To the other add green colour and capsicum. Let the third part stay as it is.
  3. Mix some blueberries with hung curd and stir fried chicken and serve with the salad.
