Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk - 1/2 litre
  2. Raw papaya grated - 2 cups
  3. Sugar - 3/4 cup
  4. Kesar - 10 strands
  5. Cardamom powder - 1 /2 tsp
  6. Suji RAWA - 1/4 cup
  7. Milk powder - 1tbsp
  8. condensed milk - 1/2 cup
  9. Pinch of cooking Soda

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk with the kesar and reduce the quantity to almost half the amount.
  2. Add half the amount of sugar and add cardamom powder and the condensed milk.
  3. Pressure cook the grated papaya till one whistle and then wash it under running water so that all its completely smell free.
  4. Now strain and squeeze it using a kitchen towel.
  5. Now add suji, soda and milk powder to this boiled papaya and make a dough.
  6. Make very small rounds using the dough and cook it in sugar syrup for 5 minutes
  7. Now remove it from the sugar syrup and dip them in the kesar milk .
  8. Serve them cold.
