Masala Corn

Ingredients to make Masala Corn

  • Sweet Corn Kernels - 1 cup
  • Butter - 1.5 teaspoon
  • Chaat Masala Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon

How to make Masala Corn

  1. Take the corn kernels in a pressure cooker and add adequate water and boil for 3 to 4 whistles or until they are soft.
  2. Now after releasing the pressure, open the cooker and drain the water.
  3. Next step is take the boiled corn kernels in a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients and give a good toss.
  4. Serve into small bowls immediately.

My Tip:

If you are serving them later you can microwave them before serving so that it remain warm/hot.
